Veena's fascination with the performing arts began at a young age, starting from acting in school plays, and leading to now with performing on stage and for the camera.A native of India, she speaks Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi fluently and is proficient in North Indian classical dances. Her recent acting experiences include the Baltimore Playwrights Festival, the HBO original series "The Wire," and now the independent feature "Prayer Life."
