Born in Silver Spring, Maryland and a native of Montgomery County now residing in Baltimore County, Neal has college experience in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement. After working as a Deputy Sheriff in Fairfax, Virginia for 6 1/2 years, he decided to pursue other interests. He met Darrel Cox 8 years ago, and the two have became close friends. Taking Darrel's advice that he go into acting because of his quick wit and ability to entertain people in many different settings, he entered a talent contest doing stand up comedy, while vacationing in Jamacia for a week on a whim.
Everyone said that he did a terrific job and he got the yearning to be on stage and in film.
